As Technical Support Manager you will work in a project mangement role and will therefore have a varied task list, which will require trained priotrization skills to handle them all. You will also be in direct contact with clients to support them in the everyday workings in the FanActivator™ platform. You will responsible for satisfactorily dealing technical matters that arise as well as conduct extensive client trainings. Additionally, you will be working very closely with the sales team to ensure smooth client on-boarding, delivery and execution. Your job is to make sure our client gets the best out of our solution and to provide them with the best support.
