Tan Yinglan leaves Singapore National Research Foundation to join Sequoia Capital India as Venture Partner

Professor Tan Yinglan has left the government organisation NRF to become a Venture Partner at Sequoia Capital. Prof Yinglan, who is also a bestselling author, faculty at both Nanyang Technology University and Singapore Management University announced his new role on his LinkedIn page. Sequoia Capital provides start-up venture capital funding for seed stage, early stage and growth companies investing between US$100 thousand and US$50 million. Some of their success stories include tech juggernauts such as Google, Paypal, Cisco Systems, and Apple
